We provide initial capital for new Venice Brands portfolio companies, receiving a sizable share of the founder equity. We also make targeted investments in distinctive companies, both private and public, as well as majority acquisitions of cash flow positive businesses where we believe that our team can add value.

Our goal is to build our actively-managed portfolio companies into sizable, cash-flow generating businesses with strong customer loyalty and then have the option to strategically exit or to hold them forever.
